Hunan Changde Herui Happy City, which was officially awarded as "Changde City's Major Commercial and Logistics Project" by Changde, is located in the Changde Railway Station business district at the northern end of Wuling Avenue. It is divided into six themed blocks and eight leisure squares, which are divided into famous clothing block, fashion life block, style and food block, children's experience block, romantic block, and leisure and entertainment block. The project covers a total area of 24,989 square meters, with a total construction area of 125,659 square meters, of which the building area of a shopping mall is about 54,168 square meters. It is planned to be built into a comprehensive shopping center integrating shopping, food, entertainment, and leisure.

Hunan Changde Herui Happy City's daylighting roof shading project was undertaken by Hunan Zhibo. The products selected for the project are FTS ceiling curtains and Jialisi ceiling curtains, among which the FTS ceiling curtain motor brand is American Tuowei. At present, the project has been fully installed and successfully passed the acceptance.
